Holiday Cottage in Barnard Castle
The town has become increasingly popular over the last few years due to an infamous visitor. Try it for yourselves at our stunning little holiday cottage in Barnard Castle.
Tucked away down a leafy lane in Barnard Castle by the upper reaches of the River Tees, ‘Riverdale Cottage’ is a Grade II listed building that was once an outbuilding of the local Gamekeepers cottage.
This Victorian building was originally built around 1860. Then, in 1996, the property was lovingly renovated to provide a cosy one bedroomed detached cottage for holidaymakers to enjoy Barnard Castle & the Teesdale area.
